- When am I charged?
- When Pro subscriptions are live, you are charged at checkout. Until then, the free tier covers evaluation with no payment.
- Can I cancel after one project?
- Yes. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans bill once per year — best if you run studies throughout the year.
- What is included in free lift traffic analysis?
- Free ISO 8100-32 up-peak (handling capacity, interval, round-trip time) for buildings within the free size cap. No account required.
- When do I need discrete-event simulation (DES)?
- Use DES when you need measured waits, destination times, left-behind, or mixed traffic — not only the analytical up-peak formula. Pro runs DES and exports an ISO PDF.
